Order Status Definitions

New/Processing: Your order and payment information have been received through the web site. We will notify you if your order requires additional information or if there is a delay with your order.

Being Filled: Your order is currently being handled by a E-commerce Done Right (Silver Earth Inc.) representative. Your order will be shipped soon.

Held: More information is needed to process your order. We will call and/or e-mail you with a request for additional information. You may call us or e-mail us with any questions or concerns. Your order will remain in held status until all the information is received.

Held-Return/Exchange: Customer service is waiting to receive all or part of your order to process a return or exchange.

Backordered: Your order or part of your order is currently out of stock. Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.

Shipped: Your item has left the distribution center and is on its way. Check Order Status here.

Cancelled: This order has been cancelled. Orders are cancelled by customer request or by Silver Earth Inc. due to inventory issues or nonpayment. You should receive an e-mail notice regarding this cancellation.

MGRATTN: Manager Attention is required when there is an issue filling your order. Typically these orders are filled and shipped with manager involvement. Occasionally, we must contact out customers with alternatives to our regular fulfillment process.

Pre-Order: This order will ship when we receive all products in the order. Typically we are waiting for a game day or championship item to ship when your order is in this status.


Using the Shopping Cart

When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Order" or "Order Now" icon next to the item. The item will appear in your shopping cart and you will be taken to the Shopping Cart page, where you'll be able to view the items you've added to your cart. You can also change and update the quantity of each item you've selected and remove items, if you want. From your cart, you can either check out or continue to shop.


How to Place an Order?

It's easy. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, click the "Add to Order" button. This will take you to the Shopping Cart page, where you can view all the items you have added to your shopping cart. On this page, you have three options to choose from. (1) You can modify the quantity of each item ordered, or enter a quantity of 0 to remove the item from your cart; (2) You can "Save Changes" if you have changed the quantity of items in your shopping cart or modified your shipping country or zip code, or (3) You can click on the "Checkout" button when you are ready to complete your order.

Upon checking out, you will be taken to a Sign In page. Here, you can Sign In if you already have an account with us (you are an existing customer), or you can create a new account (you are a new customer), or you can check out as a Guest, without creating an account with us. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, click on the "Confirm Order" button. After inputing your credit card information or choosing fax/snail mail and clicking on "Complete Order", your order will be finished with the Checkout process. A confirmation e-mail will be sent promptly, and included will be your order number and tracking information.

You can also place your order by calling us at 1-877-663-7747. Please note: e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card information.


Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Money Orders.

We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

All E-commerce Done Right (Silver Earth Inc.) orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server and are guaranteed for safety. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

Snail mail orders that are paid for via money orders must be completed online and will ship when payment is received.


Catalog Requests

Silver Earth Inc. does not create paper bound catalogs. Why not? Our inventory changes so rapidly with New Merchandise and sales promotions that a catalog would be out of date before our customers received them in the mail. Our website is an online catalog. Except for a few large or custom items, everything that you see on our site is IN STOCK and ready to ship! You can also be kept current on our New Merchandise and sales by subscribing to our e-mail newsletters which are sent out 8-14 times annually. Subscribe now!


Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied only to orders in the state of Arkansas. Sales tax is the current, local rate.


How to Cancel your Order

If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with E-commerce Done Right (Silver Earth Inc.), please e-mail or call 1-877-663-7747 as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
